Content, designs, and strategies created by Alpha Spikes for a client become the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Alpha Spikes retains the right to showcase general results as case studies, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the individual service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Alpha Spikes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, suspended Amazon accounts, or third-party platform actions.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
